Tailored Testing Solutions!

GETEC Getriebe Technik GmbH just wrapped up a tailored testing project where GETEC provided flexible and customized testing services for our client. Working closely with them, we designed a testing combination that addressed their specific needs and the unique characteristics of the Device Under Test (DUT).

👉 Our newest bench is equipped with 500kW battery simulation
👉 and 2 x 6000Nm Machines for LCV testing.

The first testing campaign includes:

1️⃣ Efficiency Testing:
GETEC Getriebe Technik GmbH conducted efficiency tests at various operating points under different loads, creating an efficiency map to optimize performance.

2️ Gear Contact Pattern Testing:
Careful inspection of tooth contact patterns under specific loads ensured gear integrity and validated calculations.

3️ Overload Tests:
Comprehensive overload tests at all load levels verified the robustness and resilience of the tested components.
